Global Data Innovation’s AI War Game is a gamified training program for Boards and Executives, with specialized videos and facilitated discussions that governance and data leadership. Participants earn a certificate upon completion.
Tier One — Essentials Package
For organizations seeking a self-guided, budget-conscious option, this package provides the full War Game materials and detailed facilitator instructions. Your members gain access to the core framework, allowing them to independently run the War Game and spark meaningful internal conversations about governance, risk, and opportunity. The Essentials Package is preceded by a live video with a GDI team member for an assessment and preparatory discussion.
Tier Two — Virtual Engagement Package
This enhanced option combines the War Game materials with live virtual support from GDI’s expert team. A GDI team member will join via video for key moments and to facilitate one or more group discussions—bringing in real-time insights, answering complex questions, and ensuring participants extract maximum value from the exercise. This tier delivers a blended experience that balances flexibility with expert guidance.
Tier Three — Full Immersion Package
Our premier offering brings a member of the GDI team to your site for a high-touch, in-person experience. In this tier, it is a fully customized program delivered on-site for the client company. The participants will not be doing the program online, they will be doing it live IRL, although they will have access to some of the online materials. We lead every aspect of the War Game, offering hands-on facilitation, tailored strategic insights, and deep industry expertise. Participants walk away with not only sharper strategies but also actionable next steps they can apply immediately across their companies.
