co-founder of NewFrames

Xavier Guerrero Yamamoto
Xavier Guerrero Yamamoto is the co-founder of NewFrames — the International Film Festival of Advocacy — where he leads strategy and development.
Engineer, producer, builder. Xavier forged his path from industrial engineering in Chile to the heart of international cinema. Trained at the London Film School, he became Alejandro Jodorowsky's right hand — producing The Dance of Reality, Endless Poetry and Psychomagic, and helping one of cinema's most radical voices return to the screen.
Co-founder of Cinema Libre (France) and Sunyata Films (Belgium), he has produced across borders, formats and genres.
At NewFrames, Xavier brings an engineer's precision and a producer's instinct to building a festival designed to change the conversation — and sometimes, the law.
