Siddika Demir is an accomplished board chair, corporate director, and transformational executive with nearly three decades of international leadership spanning healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, and technology-driven enterprises. Leveraging deep global expertise gained across the USA, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and Türkiye, she serves as a Co-founder, Board Director, and former Chair of Keiretsu Forum London. Siddika is a Non-Executive Director for Babelus AI (a Gartner Cool Vendor 2024), a Co-founder and Strategic Board Advisor at med.essence (an AI medtech startup automating medical workflows), and holds strategic advisory board roles at PredxBio (spatial biology/AI) and Reeplayer (autonomous AI sports technology). Throughout her career, she has been recognized for guiding organizations through complex strategic challenges, accelerating growth, strengthening governance frameworks, and delivering measurable value.

Previously, she held pivotal executive and operational leadership roles at premier global firms, including Genentech, Roche, and Bechtel.
