As Founder of Odyssea Studio, a private advisory practice, she works with brands across luxury, international institutions, cultural philanthropy, and social impact, bringing a rare ability to translate complex agendas into narratives that move institutions and decision-makers to action.

Scarlette has operated at the highest levels of global governance. As former Strategic Communications and Outreach Advisor to the Chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee — the leading international body on development cooperation across 30+ member countries — and Public Diplomacy and Cultural Affairs Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to UNESCO, she has shaped executive communications, facilitated ministerial-level decision-making, and built alignment across governments and multilateral institutions on some of the most consequential international policy agendas of our time, including development finance and the Sustainable Development Goals.
