Scarlette Elizée

Founder, Odyssea Studio

Scarlette Elizée is a strategic communications and public affairs leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of policy, social impact and institutional diplomacy. As Founder of Odyssea Studio, a private advisory practice, she works with brands across luxury, international institutions, cultural philanthropy, and social impact, bringing a rare ability to translate complex agendas into narratives that move institutions and decision-makers to action.

Scarlette has operated at the highest levels of global governance. As former Strategic Communications and Outreach Advisor to the Chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee — the leading international body on development cooperation across 30+ member countries — and Public Diplomacy and Cultural Affairs Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to UNESCO, she has shaped executive communications, facilitated ministerial-level decision-making, and built alignment across governments and multilateral institutions on some of the most consequential international policy agendas of our time, including development finance and the Sustainable Development Goals.

In addition, Scarlette has advised senior leadership at major global organizations — including Carrefour Group and the Cartier Women's Initiative — on sustainability positioning, stakeholder engagement, and institutional relations, navigating complex policy frameworks across climate, human rights, and corporate governance.
