Kayla Waysome is a Senior Program Manager at The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), where she leads initiatives that prepare and position senior executives for corporate board service. In her role, she oversees the Corporate Board Navigator program and works closely with Fortune 500 executives, corporate directors, strategic partners, and industry leaders to advance board readiness, governance education, and leadership development across ELC's membership.

Prior to joining ELC, Kayla built her career in consulting and strategic project management, helping organizations design and implement programs, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Known for turning ideas into actionable strategies, she brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, program design, learning & development, and executive-level relationship management.

Kayla holds a Master of Education (Ed.M.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Howard University.
