Erika Staël von Holstein is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Re-Imagine Europa (RIE), a Brussels-based think tank dedicated to advancing innovative ideas for a stronger, fairer, and more competitive Europe.

A leading expert on depolarisation and the role of narratives, Erika has developed numerous analyses and methodologies to better understand these challenges and propose practical, evidence-based solutions. With more than two decades of experience bridging science, society, and public policy, she advises a wide range of national and European organisations, including the Spanish Government's International Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council.

Erika also serves on several European expert committees, including the EU Science Diplomacy Working Groups, and is a member of the Board of the European Conclave.
