Claire Montandon is the co-founder and Director of NewFrames – the International Film Festival of Advocacy – where she leads programme development and operations.

Based in Brussels, Claire brings extensive experience in international film production and cultural project management. She is the co-founder of Cinema Libre (France) and Sunyata Films (Belgium), two independent film production companies.

At NewFrames, Claire leads the festival’s programme vision, oversees strategic partnerships, and drives the development of Films & Politics—a monthly series that brings together policymakers, civil society, and the public through cinema and meaningful public debate.
