Ms. Bundy Scanlan has served on the Board since August 2021. She is President of The Cambridge Group LLC, a regulatory risk management advisory firm, a position she has held since May 2020.

Prior to this role, Ms. Bundy Scanlan served as Senior Advisor at Treliant LLC, a global consulting firm serving banks and other financial services providers, from 2017 to 2020, and previously from 2012 to 2015. She was the Northeast Regional Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from 2015 to 2017.

From 2009 to 2011, Ms. Bundy Scanlan served as Chief Regulatory Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Global Chief Privacy Officer at TD Bank. Earlier in her career, she practised law at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2005 to 2009 and held various C-suite leadership positions at Bank of America and FleetBoston Financial between 1994 and 2004.

Ms. Bundy Scanlan has served on the Board of Directors of Truist Financial Corporation since April 2017 and on the Board of AppFolio, Inc. since November 2020. She also previously served as an Advisory Board Member of Mass General Hospital for Children.

She is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Commonwealths of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Most recently, she earned executive certifications in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, Digital Transformation from the University of Cambridge, and Cybersecurity from Harvard University.
