Since 2023, Tania has been leading BrainStorm CyberRisk, a cybersecurity advisory firm providing strategic guidance on security, governance, compliance, and awareness across multiple industries. In addition to her role as CEO of BrainStorm, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Bradley & Rollins Cyberdefense Innovative Company in 2025, where she drives operational excellence, business growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives. Bradley & Rollins leverages Artificial Intelligence to optimize and streamline the cyberdefense solutions it designs, enhancing its clients' resilience against evolving cyber threats.

A strong believer in innovation, Tania is the creator and developer of CYBERTACTIK, an AI-powered cyber resilience simulation platform designed to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture and enhance crisis readiness. CYBERTACTIK was officially presented at GISEC Dubai in May 2025, marking its global market introduction and showcasing its cutting-edge capabilities to the international cybersecurity community.

Prior to BrainStorm, Tania served as Executive Partner and CxO Advisor at Kyndryl Canada, leading cybersecurity, cloud, digital, and data/AI innovation for corporate and government clients.

From 2018 to 2021, she was CIO and Business & Technology VP at Invest Québec, where she shaped the Board-approved growth strategy, led major transformation programs, modernized IT operations, launched a PMO, integrated M&A activities, established the Big Data & Analytics environment, and implemented a comprehensive Cybersecurity framework—boosting team productivity by 77% through Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking.

Earlier, from 2009 to 2018, Tania held technology leadership roles at iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance), where she led digital transformation, platform modernization, PMO development, M&A integration, and cultural change.

Tania holds an Executive MBA, a Master’s in Corporate Management, a BSc in IT, and the Harvard Cybersecurity Certificate. She is a certified CPA, ASC-C.DIR, ITIL, and Lean Master. A passionate advocate for Women in Tech and a DEI champion, Tania contributes actively to professional organizations. She served on the Board of the Institut des auditeurs internes du Québec (IAIQ) for two years and has been a Board Member of the France-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCIFC) since 2024.
