James de Gaspé Bonar, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader and consultant with over 30 years of executive experience spanning Canada, the United States, and international markets. In several C-suite roles, including CEO and President, he has guided multinational corporations through the complexities of global innovation, business, and governance.
His speciality is empowering board members and executive teams to successfully navigate the challenges of a hybrid human-digital workforce by embedding purpose, culture, and governance into actionable strategy. He is renowned for his ability to spark innovation, foster accountability, and drive sustainable, and long-term value in an ever-evolving AI-driven landscape.

James holds a PhD from the Université de Montréal; and successfully completed advanced studies at the Université de Poitiers, France.
