Hitesh Shah has more than 30 years of experience spanning startups, venture financing, and successful mergers and acquisitions across multiple high-technology companies. He has extensive expertise in people management, finance, venture capital, business development, product management, business planning, and customer service.

Hitesh has raised more than $100 million in venture capital for four different startups. Prior to joining BDO, he held several executive leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He served as Chief Operating Officer at Solum, an Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures, and Google Ventures-backed company that was acquired by Monsanto. Hitesh also served as CEO and COO of Fat Spaniel Technologies, which was acquired by Power-One, and as CFO of iPolicy Networks, which was acquired by Tech Mahindra.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Hitesh serves on the Executive Leadership Council of Parents Helping Parents (PHP), an organization dedicated to empowering families to build brighter futures for children with special needs. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Human Needs Project (HNP), a nonprofit organization focused on alleviating poverty.
